Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

• We ship worldwide via Canada Post. Shipping rates are determined by your address, calculated at checkout.
• International delivery may be subject to additional import duties.

Ottawa Pick-up:

• When you make a purchase online you can select local pick up from our Westboro boutique in Ottawa: 358 Richmond Rd. Westboro, Ottawa, K2A 0E1.
• You will be advised when your order is available for pick up (usually the next business day).

Returns:

• We are glad to EXCHANGE any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of your in-store or on-line purchase.
• Any items discounted at 25% or greater are FINAL SALE. NO refunds. NO store credit. NO exchanges.
• ALL swimwear is final sale due to hygienic reasons.
• After 10 days, all sales are FINAL, NO refunds of any kind.
• You, the customer are responsible for any return shipping / postage costs.
